RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

When making a reservation in Hospedería Doña Leonor the client accepts your cancellation policy.

Some rates or special offers do not allow changes or cancellations and you must consult the data in detail to see the conditions before making the reservation.

To make the reservation:

  • If they are stays of equal duration or more than three nights 30% of the total amount will be requested in advance by bank transfer and the remaining amount will be requested at the entrance.
  • For stays of less than three nights the amount of one night in advance will be requested by bank transfer and if it is more than one night the remaining amount will be requested at the entrance.
  • For promotions the information on the reservation process is indicated.

Booking cancellation:

  • Within 15 days prior to entry the penalty is the amount of the reservation. It will also be applicable to cancellations made during the stay without having consumed the reserved nights.
  • For cancellations made before the fifteen days prior to arrival the refund will be the amount of the reservation in full.
  • The promotions or offers are not subject to cancellation refunds and the data must be consulted in detail to see the conditions before making the reservation.

Hospedería Doña Leonor reserves the right to modify the conditions of the reservation and cancellation policy at any time.
